Our platform enables Reassured to provide near real-time feedback to agents, increase efficiency by allowing staff to answer queries quicker, tailor processes to improve the customer experience, and alert staff to customer vulnerability.
Our technology allows Reassured to transcribe all call data and to garner insights into why customers are purchasing life insurance. Using this data allows Reassured to refine the way it engages and communicates with customers and to continuously improve its processes.
Insights from the call analysis is are also being used to deliver enhanced training to staff to ensure they can deliver the best possible experience for customers.
