Voyc Referral Prize Draw 

Full Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to attendees of the Voyc Client Luncheon held in Manchester, UK on 26 June 2025.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older and represent a UK-based business.

• Employees of Voyc and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 

2. How to Enter

• • Their full name and company

  • The name and email address of a peer they believe would benefit from using Voyc

    To enter, attendees must complete a printed referral entry card with:

• Completed cards must be submitted into the designated referral box at the event before the draw takes place.

• There is no limit to how many entries an individual may submit, provided each entry refers a different company.

• Entries are free of charge.

 

3. The Draw

• Three entries will be drawn at random during the luncheon.

  • 2 x West End show tickets (approximate value £500)

    Each selected referrer (the person who submitted the winning referral) will immediately receive:

     

4. Credits – Conditional Bonus

• The selected winners will become eligible for additional Voyc credit rewards only if their referral signs up with Voyc (i.e., enters into a signed service agreement) by 30 October 2025.

  • 1st Drawn Winner: £10,000 in Voyc credits

  • 2nd Drawn Winner: £7,500 in Voyc credits

  • 3rd Drawn Winner: £5,000 in Voyc credits

    The bonus credit reward tiers are as follows:

• Each winning referred company (that signs up by 30 October 2025) will receive £5,000 in Voyc credits.

 

5. Credits Terms

• Credits must be used within 6 months of issuance.

• Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

• Credits apply to Voyc monthly invoices until fully utilised.

 

6. Notification

• Referrers whose referrals sign up will be contacted by Voyc by email to confirm the release of their credits.

• Voyc reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any entry deemed incomplete, false, or submitted in bad faith.

 

7. Publicity

• By entering the draw, you agree that your name and company may be announced in connection with the promotion if you win.

• Any press or social media announcements will be made with professional discretion.

 

8. Data Protection

• Personal data provided by entrants (“Your Name” and “Your Company”) will only be used for the administration of this prize draw and for contacting winners.

• Voyc will contact referred individuals regardless of if the refer won a prize or not.

 

9. General

• Voyc reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions where necessary.

• The decision of Voyc regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.

• This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
